Scope and operator
This policy describes the current ReadMam website and development service, operated by EnableTech (주식회사 이네이블테크). The interactive mockup is a simulation. Additional collection and processing for future app or commercial features will be disclosed before those features are made available.

주식회사 이네이블테크가 운영하는 읽맘 웹사이트와 현재 개발 서비스에 적용합니다. 인터랙티브 목업은 시연입니다. 향후 앱·상용 기능에서 추가로 수집·처리하는 정보는 해당 기능 제공 전에 안내합니다.
Account and Google user data
We process your email address, internal account identifier and selected provider identifier for authentication, account identification and access to your own stories. Email sign-up passwords are processed by Supabase Auth. Google sign-in requests email and basic profile data, which can include your name and profile photo. Supabase stores these account attributes in authentication user and identity records. Google data is used for sign-in and account identification; it is not used for advertising, sold, or supplied to the audio-generation GPU. We do not request Gmail or Drive permissions. Kakao sign-in requests email and an optional nickname, without profile-photo access. Apple sign-in is not offered on the current website.
회원 정보와 Google 사용자 데이터
로그인·계정 식별·본인 동화 접근을 위해 이메일·내부 회원 식별자·선택한 공급자의 계정 식별자를 처리합니다. 이메일 가입 비밀번호는 Supabase Auth가 처리합니다. Google 로그인은 이메일과 기본 프로필을 요청하며 이름·프로필 사진이 포함될 수 있습니다. Supabase 인증 회원·로그인 식별 기록에 이 계정 정보를 저장합니다. Google 정보는 로그인과 계정 식별에 사용하며 광고에 이용하거나 판매하지 않고 음성 생성 GPU에 제공하지 않습니다. Gmail·Drive 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 카카오는 이메일과 선택 닉네임을 요청하며 프로필 사진 접근을 요청하지 않습니다. 현재 웹은 Apple 로그인을 제공하지 않습니다.
Audio and story requests
If you submit a generation request, we process the voice recording/upload, transcript, manuscript, entered child name, language, generation settings and voice-use consent confirmation. We use them to produce the requested story audio, provide private storage/playback and investigate failures. Only submit voices and manuscripts you have permission to use. The service processes voice samples for synthesis; it does not use them to establish legal identity.
음성과 동화 생성 요청
생성을 요청하면 녹음·업로드 음성, 대본, 원고, 입력한 아이 이름, 언어·생성 설정·목소리 이용 동의 확인을 처리합니다. 요청한 동화 음성 생성, 비공개 보관·재생, 장애 조사에 사용합니다. 사용 권한이 있는 목소리와 원고만 제출해 주세요. 목소리 샘플은 음성 합성에 사용하며 법적 신원 확인 수단으로 사용하지 않습니다.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides web request processing and private R2 audio storage. Supabase provides authentication and account/job records; the current database is in Seoul, South Korea. Runpod receives generation input and settings for each GPU job and returns the output audio. Zoho provides authentication-email delivery. Google or Kakao authenticates the provider you select. Data is sent to these services as needed when you sign in, request an email, upload or generate audio, or play a story. Infrastructure may operate internationally: Cloudflare uses distributed infrastructure and Runpod compute location depends on provisioned capacity. We do not describe an unverified fixed processing country for those services. Provider infrastructure security and service logs may also process connection and request information.
외부 처리 서비스와 해외 처리
Cloudflare는 웹 요청 처리와 비공개 R2 음성 저장을 제공합니다. Supabase는 인증·회원·작업 기록을 처리하며 현재 데이터베이스는 대한민국 서울에 있습니다. Runpod는 GPU 작업별 생성 입력과 설정을 받아 결과 음성을 반환합니다. Zoho는 인증메일을 발송합니다. Google 또는 카카오는 선택한 공급자의 로그인을 인증합니다. 로그인·메일 요청·업로드·생성·재생 시 필요한 정보가 해당 서비스로 전달됩니다. Cloudflare는 분산 인프라를 사용하고 Runpod 처리 위치는 배정된 자원에 따라 달라져 해외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 확인하지 않은 고정 처리 국가로 안내하지 않습니다. 제공업체의 보안·서비스 로그에서도 접속·요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Retention
In the current development service, completed-job input audio is scheduled for daily cleanup after 14 days from completion. This input-audio cleanup does not also erase transcript, manuscript or child-name fields kept in job settings. Account records, completed-job records and completed audio currently have no automatic expiry. Authentication sessions and provider service logs follow their configured lifetimes. Permanent registered-voice libraries and commercial lifetime-playback features are still under development; this policy does not claim those features are implemented.
보관과 정리
현재 개발 서비스는 완료 이후 14일이 지난 작업의 입력 음성을 일일 정리 대상으로 처리합니다. 이 입력 음성 정리는 작업 설정에 저장된 대본·원고·아이 이름까지 삭제하지 않습니다. 회원 정보·완료 작업 기록·완성 음성은 현재 자동 만료 없이 보관합니다. 인증 세션과 제공업체 서비스 로그는 각 설정된 수명에 따릅니다. 영구 등록 목소리 보관과 상용 평생 재생 기능은 개발 범위이며 구현 완료로 안내하지 않습니다.
Your requests and consent
Contact the operator using the address below to request access, correction, account closure, data deletion or withdrawal of voice-use consent. We verify that you are the account holder or voice owner before acting on private data. The current website has no self-service account closure or data deletion screen. Deletion requests require an operator review covering account records, audio and applicable retained records; exact processing scope and any exceptions are explained in the response. The current service does not promise an unimplemented automatic deletion deadline. You can also revoke ReadMam access in your Google or Kakao account settings; revoking provider access does not itself delete data already stored in ReadMam.
정보 요청과 동의 철회
아래 운영자 이메일로 열람·정정·탈퇴·자료 삭제·목소리 이용 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 비공개 자료를 처리하기 전에 회원 본인 또는 목소리 소유자임을 확인합니다. 현재 웹에는 자동 탈퇴·자료 삭제 화면이 없습니다. 운영자가 회원 기록·음성·보관 대상 기록을 확인하여 삭제 범위와 예외를 답변합니다. 구현하지 않은 자동 삭제 기한을 약속하지 않습니다. Google·카카오 계정 설정에서 읽맘 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 공급자 접근 권한 철회만으로 읽맘에 이미 저장된 정보가 삭제되지는 않습니다.
Security and cookies
Authentication uses secure HttpOnly cookies. Audio playback requires account authorization, and audio files are stored in a private bucket. Site and hosting services process connection information for operation and security. The application code does not include an advertising SDK. These controls do not guarantee that every security incident can be prevented.
보안과 쿠키
인증에는 Secure·HttpOnly 쿠키를 사용합니다. 음성 재생 시 회원 권한을 확인하고 파일은 비공개 저장소에 보관합니다. 웹사이트와 호스팅 서비스는 운영·보안을 위해 접속 정보를 처리합니다. 현재 애플리케이션 코드에는 광고 SDK가 없습니다. 이러한 조치가 모든 보안 사고를 방지한다는 보장은 아닙니다.
